You are doing excellent work. Thank you. This sentence however brought me up short: “ Due to irregularities listed in the initial complaint, plaintiffs are seeking evidence about how the election was conducted.” It reads as if your complaint had irregularities. I trust that you meant something like “Irregularities identified in the election results (as enumerated in the Complaint) are the basus for plaintiffs now seeking evidence from defendants via the “discovery” process regarding how the election was conducted.”

It seems strange that Trump got 552 to Harris got 0; and yet in the Senate race, the GOP candidate Sapracone got 82 votes to Democratic candidate Gillibrand got 331 for a total of 413, which is (a) less than the total votes received by the presidential candidates and (b) the GOP presidential candidate gets more votes but the Dem senator candidate gets more votes. Just doesn't add up.
